While I have not had a chance to read through the entire book, I have perused the various sections. I like that the author demonstrates how to properly complete each move. I have never been good at following a diet so the section on Eating right was a bit much for me but it did have some good pointers that I think will stick (even if I can't give up all my junk food). I did like the sample recipes in the back.
Overall, I think the book is a great tool for busy parents everywhere. The exercises and workouts can be customized to fit the time you have available and you do not waste time driving to the gym!
