From birth we have made reading a top priority in Wiggle Bean's life.  We started collection books for her before she was even born and when I was off work after delivery, I read to her every chance I got.  Since then, we have continued to stress the importance of reading time and have made it part of our nightly bedtime routine.

I am always looking for children's books that I feel will draw her attention and the AdoraPet series of books fits that bill 100%.

Who are the AdoraPets
Pima and Pico are a little girl puppy and boy puppy who love going on adventures and sharing them with your child through their themed books and dress-up toy outfits.

Over Thirty Mommy's Thoughts

The first AdoraPet book that we received was Pima Puppy and Pico Puppy's Pirate Adventure.

Pirate Adventures was a huge hit from the beginning.  It is a great story about team work and how you can solve problems by working together rather than individually.  She loved the puppies (what little kid doesn't love puppies!) and thought it was funny that they wear clothes like people.  

 The second book we reviewed was Chefs Pima Puppy and Pico Puppy.  Bean has recently taken an interest in "helping" me in the kitchen.  She loves assisting me in making fruit and yogurt smoothies in the morning before we head off to work and school for the day.  Chefs, is a fun story about kids help their parents with meal preparation.  It even ends with a child friendly recipe.
