As my husband and my friends can attest, I do not make the best choices in the selection of my footwear.  I have always been more of a fashion over function type of gal when it came to shoes.  I usually choose high heels over flats to make up for my lack of height and willingly sacrificed my foot comfort. 

I recently started a new job where it is a requirement of all employees to wear stark white tennis shoes (I know, how boring!!).
