Good Earth Dinner Kits: Review and Giveaway

I am not a great cook and never claimed to be, honestly I need all the help I can get in the kitchen.  I thank my mom, who never taught me how to cook because she was (I say was because now that all the kids are grown and out of the house, she has learned to cook some great meals) a terrible cook (with the exception of her AMAZING home made spaghetti sauce).

While I try to cook a few things from scratch, I have to admit that I do have a stash of dinner meal kits in my pantry and I rely on them frequently.  I am always looking to try new and different meals.  Thanks to MyBlogSpark, I had the opportunity to be among the first to try the new Good Earth dry dinner kits.
